Fraser Ross, DCS, MACP, RCC, EMDR Specialist
Fraser is a psychotherapist certified by the British Columbia Association for Clinical Counsellors [BCACC). He holds a D.C.S. In educational studies from the University of Toronto and an M.A.C.P. in Clinical and Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
Fraser has been a counsellor for many years assisting clients of all ages to process mental health challenges including trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, addiction, learning disabilities, relationships and PTSD. As one who has successfully recovered from substance addiction, he recognizes the difficulties associated with processing emotions that contribute to the origins of fear, sorrow and loss of connection.
In his practice he uses spirituality, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), existential therapy, logotherapy, traditional native practices, meditation, EMDR and motivational Interviewing. He Is 63 years old and feels privileged to help others on the healing journey as others have helped him tremendously.
